IA Mitigation Analyst

Yoh has a contract opportunity for an IA MITIGATION ANALYST to join our client in Norfolk, Virginia.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Evaluate and create productivity enhancements to increase Workstation compliance quality and cost of service management
- Drive continuous improvements in compliance solutions
- Participate in and support enterprise objectives, solicit feedback, and provide time bound solutions
- XP/Win7 Software Troubleshooting Skills with Regards to installation/removal of software remotely
- Research, assess and recommend systemic IA failures or concerns to Tier 3
- Work with Tier 3, IA Audit, and Engineering to identify and resolve unknown or inconsistent results
- Attend teleconferences or technical meetings to review, educate, and support project objectives
- Communicate project status changes and updates to senior leadership
- Act as an escalation point
- Review new tools and solutions and anticipate problems in new solutions before release

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Two to four (2-4) Years NMCI or Related Industry Experience
- Active Directory Management with at least two (2) years of experience
- Remote Troubleshooting Abilities
- Log Analysis and Diagnosis
- Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Access Suite
- ability to organize and write supporting SOPs that relate to role and revise technical documents as new issues arise
- On call 24x7 environment
- CompTIA Security+ CE Certification required
- Candidates must be flexible to work any shift as this is a 24x7 environment. Overtime is not permissible without prior approval from leadership. Overtime is not permissible without prior approval from leadership
- Working Knowledge of Radia/CAE Client XP/Win7 Software
- Troubleshooting Skills with Regards to installation/removal of software remotely
- Experience in distributing software to a network

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

- SharePoint knowledge is preferred
- Remedy and Service Manager Knowledge is preferred
- Scripting experience is preferred
