IT Applications Migration Analyst

Edelway AG is a Swiss Engineering/IT Services Consultancy.

We currently have many senior exciting and challenging opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry. We are looking for an English speaking IT Application Migration Analyst to join our dynamic and multicultural team on a long term basis in Basel area. The role focuses on solution engineering and application analysis;

YOUR ROLE:

*Responsible for engineering application migration solutions;
*Verifiyng and documents As-Is Components with support from Application Owners or Service Delivery Managers;
*Defining Move Approach per Component based on Solution Architect inputs;
*DefiningTo-Be Components with support from Solution Architects;
*Documents Special Requirements with support from Solution Architects;
*Reviewing and fixing move dates based on availability/constrains of Applications Owners and Vendor Delivery Teams;
*Creating Application Move Map (AMM) - Application Design Document - and obtains necessary sign-offs;
*Creating Application Move Specification List and Technical Specification List with support from Solution Architects;
*Define Application Cutover Plans (ACPs) and obtains necessary sign-offs.

YOUR PROFILE:

*English speaker, German is an asset
*Several years of experience as a Application Analyst, preferably in a similar role
*Experience with MS Office Tools and MS SharePoint
*SOX and GxP knowledget
*Ability to work in an international as well as multicultural environment
*Ability to deal with variable workload
