JOB DESCRIPTION:

- This is a compliance position that will focus on audit readiness and general security and compliance best practices for distributed server environments.
- Researches, analyzes and troubleshoots information systems compliance and security issues.
- Responsible for analysing compliance and technical control validation data to determine and report baseline variance for all applicable technology environments.
- Interfaces with internal and external audit staff to ensure appropriate and accurate responses to audit queries are satisfied in a timely fashion.
- Prepares and analyzes compliance information to develop mitigation priorities, milestones and audit responses.
- Utilizing technologically advanced software, performs system monitoring evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with the corporate security policies and standards.

CANDIDATE TECHNICAL BACKGROUND:

- Ideal candidates will be self-starters who have to ability to manage their time and projects while driving initiatives forward to meet strict deadlines.
- Experience working with Retina or Nessus scanning software.
- Candidates must have strong data experience.
- Candidate must have C# and/or Python experience. Position will be responsible for normalization of non-standard data types and the automation of operational compliance tasks.
- Large Environment Experience Required.
- Full understanding of Microsoft Server Architectures and related vulnerability and compliance management. Functions will include scanning Servers for vulnerabilities and government compliance requirements to manage initiatives and mitigate issues with equipment owners.
- Look at compliance requirements (government mandates) and ensure that Our Client meets compliance.
- Analyze compliance and technical control validation data to determine and report baseline variance for all applicable technology environments. Will manipulate data in SQL.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor Degree OR Associates + 2 Years Work Related Experience OR Extra 4 Years Work Related Experience
- 4 Years Extensive Experience comparing Large Data Sets utilizing MS Excel, Access and/or SQL Required
- 4 Years C# Required
- 4 Years Python Required
- 4 Years SQL Required
- 2 Years Nessus Experience Highly Desired
