Portland Resourcing are looking for an I&O IDOCM Senior Developer to Reinforce the I&O IDOCM Team for new .NET Development and migration (rewrite) of Legacy assets.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Mandatory:
*Autonomous

*Good communicator
Business experience required:
Preferable:
*Knowledge about Insurance business in general
Technical experience required:
Mandatory:
*Microsoft .NET (C#) development (including WCF Services)
*Development SQLServer Queries and Stored Procedures
*Design of visual and non-visual framework services
*Web site & Web services design
*Mandatory: PDF composition/generation aspects
*Mandatory: TIFF composition/generation aspects
*Technical writer (in English) for the team's software developments
*Excellent troubleshoot and bug fixing skills
Preferable:
*Knowledge of Exchange Web Services 2010
*Visual Studio 2010/TFS 2010/SQL 2008
Functional experience required:
Mandatory:
*Knowledge of relational Datamodelling
Preferable:
*Document Capturing (scanning & recognition) principles
*Document, Content and Record Management principles
* Hierarchical Storage Management principles
*Knowledge of Document and/or Process centric Workflows
*The job concerns the delivery (and support) of framework services for the AG Insurance business software development teams (IS) within the document scanning and archiving domain.
*Mainly new developments, but also .NET migrations/code conversions from existing Legacy services, are in scope of the job. The own developments are realized within an AG Insurance development framework (.Net based technical architecture
*Providing up-to-date documentation is an essential part of the service delivery.
*Excellent troubleshooting skills are also vital to provide accurate bug-fixing or support to other development teams. Especially because the job does not necessarily deliver a 'ready to use' product but only a small part to realize an end-user solution.
