Hyperion Training Specialist - Implementation Project

Job Description:
We are seeking high calibre change training consultants to join busy and vibrant team to deliver and develop training collateral for a Hyperion implementation within our client.

Responsibilities:
An Excellent understanding of Hyperion and business process implementation with a proven track record in this field.
Working closely with project team leads, training lead and Project Manager to ensure training and event objectives are met and that business/system changes are clearly communicated to staff at all levels. HIgh level material development skills.  You will engage with delegates and create an interactive training environment to ensure all delegates are encouraged to use the new system and what new processes will be to support this

You will demonstrate the products ability to improve proficiencies and processes across the business whilst selling the benefits of the new system

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
You must have excellent communication skills
Be highly skilled with regards to the product and learning customisations.
You will be polished in terms of your delivery and style when addressing a varied audience
You must have a natural enthusiasm to impart knowledge and to support new system adopters whilst they transition across
