Experienced Hyperion Report Developer required with the following skill/experience:

*Substantial experience with Hyperion BI, preferably version 11 including report writing/design, multi-dimensional analysis using OLAP tools, dashboards
*Able to translate complex requirements into intuitive UI;
*Expert knowledge of the toolset in order to provide creative solutions;
*Provide end-user training
*Hyperion 11.1.2.1 Interactive Reporting
*PL/SQL
*T-SQL

Desirable skills
*Experience of Essbase, Scorecards, Web Analysis, OLAP, Unix, Oracle MapViewer

In this role, the candidate will be expected to interact with the business users and carry out the technical development of MIS reports.

The successful Senior Analyst Developer will split their time between project works and carrying out business as usual (BAU) tasks. As Senior Analyst Developer BAU tasks will cover 3rd line support, resolution and management of incidents and process/application improvements and action of work orders for the business.

The successful Senior Analyst Developer will feel comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team and will be confident in decision making and working inline with standard procedures. The Senior Analyst Developer will demonstrate excellent communication skills and a professional approach to dealing with users/stakeholders across the business, including director level and 3rd party suppliers to agree project timescales, costs, quality standards and understand business requirements and establish best practice technical designs.

Key Accountabilities
*Design and develop new applications and make changes to existing applications in accordance with quality processes and technical standards.
*Deliver new/amended software to agreed timescales, costs and quality standards.
Provide support for 'live' applications deployed, ensuring highest availability through urgent correction of problems and issues.
*Unit test all new software thoroughly to ensure highest quality levels possible.
*Produce updates to system documentation for completed developments to support defect resolution.
*Utilise system analysis skills to translate business requirements into use cases and produce system designs to agreed standards.
*Provide expertise in the estimating and planning delivery of new software.
*QA/audit products for compliance to standards, peer to peer code reviews, design reviews and compliance with standard software development/testing techniques.
