THE OPPORTUNITY

Join a large Government Department as a Hyperion Planning Business Analyst. In this exciting opportunity you will play a critical role within a financial environment delivering reports to the rest of the business. You will be liaising with the stakeholders and play a part in making high level executive decisions for the business. You will be part of a successful and supportive team and given exposure to large volumes of data on multiple projects. The team will consist of fellow Hyperion specialists allowing you to share knowledge and ideas amongst each other. This well established and stable environment use the latest technologies and provide an attractive work/life balance.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst - gathering requirements, writing specifications, documenting processes
- Strong in Hyperion skills (Hyperions Planning, Essbase, Calc Scripts/Calc Manager, Financial Reports, SMART View Interfaces)
- Experience with Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management (HPCM) is desirable
- Intermediate skills with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and EPMA will be required
- Liaise with stakeholders to analyse, articulate and develop complex business processes to ensure the effective design and implementation of IT solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience is a Financial environment is preferred.
