UST Global is a large IT Services Company with an impressive and expanding blue chip clientele, growing from 8,000 to 16,000+ employees in the last 4 years.

We are currently seeking an experienced Hyperion Administrator to work with us and our client in Ripon, North Yorkshire.

The role:

- Responsible for Hyperion Planning infrastructure, including problem resolution, break fix support, enhancements and optimization.
- Execute Hyperion Planning and Essbase system administration activities including loading data, metadata and business rules.
- Maintain production and non-production databases, including data management, hierarchy updates, calculation script updates, data backups and user security.
- Develop, maintain and improve documentation on key business processes and procedures in compliance with internal policies.
- Support business users for Hyperion Planning and Financial Reporting.
- As Administrator, research and recommend best practices.
- Advise and recommend technical patches, upgrades and system/application migrations.
- Collaborate with various 3rd party vendors for Hyperion support.
- Coordinate and administer DR testing for Hyperion Planning/Essbase applications annually
- Mandatory soft skills - Good communication & stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently with different teams & product vendor
