My client is one of the fastest growing pharma businesses in Switzerland and is looking for a HyperCare/ServiceNow Service Manager for its office in Basel. My client is requesting a highly skilled individual who specializes in IT testing approaches and concepts for ServiceNow and can meet target deadlines. If you are interested in the position, then please check the criteria below:
Role:
- Lead the delivery and execution of test plans, test specifications and processing of test results
- Develop the HyperCare strategy and take ownership for daily operations
- Collaborate with functional and deployment teams on the testing approach and deliver appropriate training/workshops to the project team.
Skills
- Experience of establishing a HyperCare Command Centre & Strategy for a global organization
- Experience of IT testing approaches for ServiceNow or similar platforms
- 2+ years' experience in IT Service Management
Full time (40 hours a week)
Location: Basel (no remote work allowed)
Start/end date: 18/6/2018 - 31/12/2018
