Our client is a market leading multichannel retailer operating in over 40 countries worldwide who are embarking on a Hybris Omnichannel programme of works and are looking to strengthen their team by hiring an experienced Hybris Project/Programme Manager.

This is a client facing Hybris Project/Programme Manager role which requires excellent leadership skills to guide the client, stakeholders and the project team to ensure the delivery of the E-commerce technology.

It is essential for the Hybris Project/Programme Manager to have end to end Hybris project delivery experience and strong industry knowledge of the retail and E-commerce sector.

Key experience required for the Hybris Project/Programme Manager:

*Extensive end to end Hybris project delivery experience (integration Hybris into SAP would be advantageous)
*At least 5 years as a Project Manager with Retail/Ecommerce industry or sector experience
*Qualified practitioner in project management - Agile, Prince 2, PMP or equivalent
*Experience of the whole project life cycle of projects lasting at least 6 months, involving external suppliers and a team size of at least 10FTE across multiple projects
*Exhibits drive and commitment, confidence, leadership through engagement and influencing, excellent communicator, organised, resilient, flexible, good problem solving skills
*To operate from Head Office in the Netherlands (with easy access to Amsterdam Airport)
*Key industry trends and drivers, eg impact of mobile, personalisation, changing online customer journeys, social media etc
*Omnichannel Industry knowledge and experience in a number of the following areas:
Supply chain, Operations and fulfilment, Omni-channel, click n collect, buy instore and fulfil online, buy online and fulfil in store and buy online and return to store, seasonal issues, eg Black Friday.
