Hybrid Business Analyst and Project Manager

For our banking client in Zurich we are looking for a


Start date: ASAP

Duration: minimum 6 months

Location: Zurich

As a Requirement Engineer, you closely work with the Trust and Life & Pension Business counterpart to gather, analyse and structure the requirements followed by sharing the same with the vendors accordingly. You are acting as an interface between the business and the Vendor of the Trust and Life & Pension Accounting software. In this process during validation testing you are able to analyse the issues reported by the business users and propose the solution accordingly

As a deputy IT - PL, he/she should be well conversant with the project management activities, project management processes, budget handling, resource allocation, forecasting, risk mitigation & stakeholder management activities

This is a small team and need confident candidates who are capable for setting their own goals and being able to take responsibility for their own tasks and be able to assist or deputise for colleagues during holidays. This is a hybrid role for someone who is comfortable with both project management & requirements engineering skills.


- 7-10 years experience in Requirement Engineering & Project Management
- Experience in Vendor Management
- Vendor management experience who can manage an external vendor process including setting timelines, deliverables & generally managing the process
- Very strong communication skills
- Experience as a requirement engineer in strategic/process consulting companies or information technology service
- Understanding of the techno-functional aspects of applications and business processes in trust area is an advantage
- Fluency in English is essential, proficiency in German is preferred
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Navision is a plus
