Location - Oulu, Finland
Duration - 3 month extendable
Rate - Negotiable

Skills/Responsibilities

Derive sub-system/module level requirements,
design, simulate, analyze and verify
Transmitter & receiver design
Review design, schematics, layout, board/system test specifications and test reports
Guide team in day to day technical activities

Essential skills:

More than 15 years of relevant experience in RF system/sub-system design
Good knowledge of different standards like 3GPP, ETSI, FCC
Have executed more than 3 projects (complete life cycle) involving Design and development of radio hardware for 3G/4G base station products including requirement gathering and architecting
DAPD (Digital Adaptive Pre-Distortion) algorithms
Experience in debugging and resolving system level issues in RF performance and BTS conformance tests
Proven capability to provide technical leadership to a team of design and test engineers to develop next generation wireless designs
Matlab, ADS, MWO, HFSS, CST.
Should have a good command on RAN parameter changes
Good knowledge of system topology and air interface parameters for at least UMTS, LTE technology
Knowledge in EMI/EMC & other international wireless equipment regulatory requirements

Minimum Experience Required:

Mandatory Skills:

Analog Layout, Analog Mixed Signal RF Testing
Analog Circuit design, Hardware Designing, Analog and Mixed signal Verification

Desirable Skills:

Systems Engineering

Language Skills:

English Language
