Location: Commutable from Leicester, Loughborough, Market Harborough, Melton Mowbray, Lutterworth,Hinckley.

Salary: £20.00 - £25.00 per hour

Type: Contract - 6 months.

THE COMPANY

My client is a highly respected Council in the Leicestershire area who currently has a fantastic opportunity for a HVAC technician to join their Building Services Maintenance Team on a 6 month contract.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The HVAC technician will be required to design, specify and project manage works for upgrading and maintaining district heating schemes such as communal

- HNC level in Building Services or equivalent level professional experience.
- Design & Specification experience of HVAC systems (preferably for district heating schemes)
- Experience of supervising Heating Engineers & Specialist subcontractors.

LOCATION

This role is commutable from Leicester, Loughborough, Market Harborough, Melton Mowbray, Lutterworth, Hinckley.
