Position Description
*Provide engineering and technical leadership for the HVAC team, covering component and system design, development and applications. This team is responsible for design, development of a new HVAC system fora major OEM.
*Provide key interface with OEM HVAC system engineers for technical and program management communications during HVAC development periods.
*Develop work plans (development and testing) and manage the delivery of the work contents to meet OEM customer requirements for product and technical/engineering specifications.
*Lead major HVAC component design, development, feasibility system integration and HVAC performance matching for vehicles to meet OEM requirements. Take part in HVAC system testing and issues resolutions.
*Compile HVAC DFMEA, take part in DFMEA compiling of AC system, condenser, AC lines and control head.
Skills/ Experience Required
*Working experience in HVAC system development areas with major international HVAC Tier1 Suppliers, ideally some working experiences in International OEM.
*Understanding new HVAC system development process, some knowledge of OEM Product development process will be useful.
*Familiar with automobile AC system.
*In-depth knowledge of electric HVAC, and can provide the training for Chinese Engineers.
*Good knowledge of office software, familiar with the use of CATIA or UG software;
*Extensive experiences in Cooling, Thermal and power Engineering, electro-mechanical or related, bachelor's degree or above;
*Fluent in English speaking and writing.
