My client are looking for an intermediate mechanical design engineer to work out of their Birmingham office on a selection of pharmaceutical and food based projects in the building services sector. You will need to be capable with HEVACOMP and have at least 5 years experience or worked on multiple pharma/food projects in the last 5 years. You will need to be able to design for clean rooms and laboratories with an understanding of chillers and all the other associated structures including the manipulation of steam for hygienic purposes.
You will have to had experience using the calculation tool HEVACOMP and have designed HVAC systems for clean rooms in either the pharmaceutical industry or for the food industry to laboratory standards. dust and fume extraction experience will also be useful.
