Our Biopharmaceutical client based in Switzerland is currently investing significantly in their manufacturing program. The new construction will create more than 300 jobs and trigger investments of around 1 billion Swiss francs over a period of 6 years.
THE CLIENT IS CURRENTLY SEEKING THE EXPERTISE OF AN HVAC AND CLEANROOM ENGINEER. WITHIN THIS ROLE, YOU will be responsible and accountable within the Project Team through BOD, Detailed Design, Construction, Commissioning, Qualification and Start Up.
Duties will include:
- Lead HVAC Process Technology as well as the Cleanroom-Design input into the Design Process and lnstrumentation Drawings after the Basis of Design and through Detailed Design phases of the project and covers all interfaces with Bulk process areas, Fill Finish process areas, Warehouse/Dispensing areas, Clean Utilities, HVAC, Automation and Q- as well as R+D- Laboratories.
- The position holder is also responsible for the setting up of the HVAC-Organization within Engineering Services for the future operating site.
Experience required:
- Degree in HVAC, mechanical or Building Services engineering
- Strong leadership experience gained within the design, procurement, construction & qualification environment of a recombinant Biotech manufacturing facility.
- Strong Plant HVAC/Cleanroom engineering design
- Construction & operational experience preferably gained within the construction & qualification environment ideally on a Life Sciences Pharma/Biotech manufacturing facility.
