HUMAN REPORTING ANALYST NEEDED for a 12 month CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Knoxville, TN.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Partners with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure the design and development of dashboards to meet the evolving needs of the business
- Generates standard, custom, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc reports as needed by business
- Delivers dashboards and Embedded analytics for Real Time decision-making
- Responds to requests from HR, legal and audit
- Improves the performance and experience of manager direct access with dashboard design
- Provides leadership, coaching and training support on system reporting and dashboards to all other staff across the organization that have Workday reporting in their roles and responsibilities
- Designs, develops and maintains an onboarding induction tool for reporting to new employees in roles with reporting responsibility.
- Creates a network and/or community of practice across the organization to share reporting best practices.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Ability to interact at and present to all levels of leadership across K-C.
- Experience with report development and/or configuration.
- Attention to Detail: Design and delivery of reports to Sr. Leaders requires attention to detail and a thorough understanding of data and the organization structure.
- Analytical/Research: Perform analysis of data to meet the needs of customers and (HR Business Partners, Business or Functional Leaders, Legal team, external parties) and to aid in decision making.
- Collaboration: Collaborates routinely with outsourced report delivery team, with internal teams (HR, IT, Legal) and with customers.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's Degree along with at least one to three (1-3) years of experience of reporting, preferably with experience working with global HR data. HR generalist experienced preferred but not required
