Human Resources/Recruiting Assistant (Temporary)

At Benefitfocus, our technology is changing the way the world thinks about healthcare and benefits. We provide insurance carriers, employers, consumers and government entities cloud-based technology to shop, enroll, manage and exchange benefits information. Benefitfocus is seeking a Full time Human Resources Recruiting Assistant for our Recruiting Department. This person will report directly to the Corporate Recruiter.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Schedule and track candidates throughout hiring process in our applicant tracking system
Work closely with Corporate Recruiter to pass referrals and leads and ensure follow-up with candidates
Greet candidates and provide company tours
Assist with scheduling phone and onsite interviews
File applications and perform background checks on candidates
Answer phones and greet guests during lunch hour
Operate independently with minimal day-to-day guidance from management
Multi-task effectively- working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, rapidly changing software company
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

JOB REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS Degree
Strong Microsoft Office skills
