MY DUTIES:

-Enable the organisation to achieve its strategic objectives
-Facilitating company processes like talent management, performance appraisals and employee mentoring
-Ensure management and employee adhere to all company policies and procedures and act responsibly
-Works council negotiations and writing of works council agreements
-Coaching Managers who have employees with performance issues or disciplinary measurements

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Experiences with employee and labor relations
-Knowledge of German Labor Law
-Experience in acquisition and divestiture from HR perspective
-Very good communication and consulting skills
-Excellent customer service
-Fluency in German and English spoken and written
