Projektbeschreibung

The aim of the role will be to support the TA Operations Manager and the virtual team in developing the processes and procedures for this key project. Previous experience within HR and in particular Offer Management, especially around project planning with critical paths and contingencies, workflow and stakeholder management will be a distinct advantage. The success of the project will be determined by how well managed all stakeholders and activities are to achieve the organizational outcome of transitioning offer management from HR Shared Services to Talent Acquisition.

The successful Human Resources/HR/Junior PM/Talent Acquisition/HR Projects/HR Consultant/HR Assistant/HR Administrator will require the following duties and responsibilities:

* Supporting the TA Operations Manager with all project management requirements for the role.
* You will own the project plan and associated execution responsibilities, including status updates, follow-ups and issue escalation and in some cases the management of these issues.
* You will be the main point of contact in EAME for all project related activities.
* Responsible for all meetings related to the project:
o Scheduling
o Minutes
o Actions
o Follow-ups
* Main point of contact for external vendors (Legal Counsel etc.)
* Preparation of all presentations and process materials relating to the migration and workflows for future process owners.

Minimum Requirements & Behaviours

* Relevant business Degree (HR)
* Excellent interpersonal, project management, business writing, and communication skills
* System and data management/analysis
* Strong experience with MS Office Suite in particular Excel and PowerPoint
* Understanding of Recruitment life cycle desirable
* Desirable business level European language including any of the following, French, Italian, Spanish, German or combination of above
* Curious with high potential (learning agility)
* Operational excellence
* Process orientated to achieve the business objective
* Collaborative in a virtual team
* Institutional maturity - ability to work across the stakeholder map with confidence and professionalism
