A HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST is needed for a LONG TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Pittsburgh, PA.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Strong Human Resources Generalist Experience
- Strong background in Labor Relations/Employee Relations

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide a full range of HR services for select departments.
- Build and sustain relationships with all levels of the organization.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BS degree in Human Resources or appropriate discipline; Master's degree a plus
- Ten plus years Human Resources Generalist experience.
- Expertise in Employee Relations & Labor Relations.
- Understanding business concepts and aligning business needs with HR support and solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, effective project management skills
- Organizational and communication skills (written, verbal, listening and presentation).
- Skills in interpersonal awareness to effectively build and sustain strong client partnerships with trust and credibility.
