Yoh has a potential contract to hire opportunity for a HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST to join our client in Irvine, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The HR Generalist will provide day to day administration of HR policies and programs at the manufacturing plant at all levels.
- The Generalist performs duties at the professionalMaster's degree in Human Resources or business administration from an accredited university or college (MHR, MLHR, MILR, MBA) strongly preferred;
- Minimum of four (4) years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with employment laws and practices.
- PHR or SPHR certification a plus
