Will assist the HR Department with various projects related to Benefits Administration, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety Programs, etc. Will provide direct support to the HR Director. Will augment the current HR Staff with special project or peak time of need. Will perform Employee Investigations and Performance Reviews in a union and non-union environment.

SKILLS:

Should have a Maters Degree in Human Resources or related field. Must have a minimum of 1-3 years experience in any HR related field.
