Human Resources Coordinator Job

HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Mateo, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Oversee candidate selection process, produce offer letters, and manage offer process flow through employee on boarding.
- Answer general recruiting questions for candidates and new hires.
- Handle all candidate travel expenses
- Answer all candidate questions with regards to expenses and reimbursement.
- Responsible for posting open positions to niche websites when needed.
- Updating the applicant tracking system and monitoring the database to ensure candidate progression is being tracked properly.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements.
- Train future contract coordinators.
- Conduct reference checks as well as do lead generation against open requisitions when possible.
- Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
- Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment.
- Handle administrator duties on our applicant tracking system; work closely with our HRIS team to support our ATS.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Familiar with applicant tracking skills
