The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:
- HRIS experience - ( SAP, ADP or comparable)
- ATS experience - (Newton, or SAP or comparable)
- Experience with recruiting scheduling
What you'll be doing:
- Maintain all HR files, personnel, payroll, I-9 forms
- Manage HR/Recruiting processes and forms in HRIS system
- International payroll and expense processing/support
- Manage initial stage of new hire on-boarding processes
- Support HR Confluence and SharePoint sites
- Support training requests
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule interviews and phone calls with candidates via Outlook
- Track interview and phone screen feedback in ATS system
- Manage job postings
- Coordinate and schedule trainings for new hires
- Manage relationships with staffing agencies
- Greet on-site candidates and keep interviews on schedule
- Create offer packets for new hires
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Two to five (2 - 5) years of relevant experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred
- Proficient in MS Outlook and MS Office Suite
- Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills required
