JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The HR Coordinator reports to multiple HR Business Partners (Sr. Directorminimum two to three (2-3) years in HR is preferred.
- Proven track record of ability to handle analytical and administrative work.
- Experience in SAP HR/SAP is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle sensitive documents and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; tact
- Demonstrates ability to work with limited daily direction from multiple supervisors and can prioritize under pressure.
- General ability to work autonomously, be adaptable and demonstrate resourcefulness to be both proactive and solutions-oriented.
- Prior experience with a Sales team a plus but not required.
- Strong knowledge of PC package tools: including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Intermediate Excel skills required (ex. create pivot tables, use functions such as VLOOKUP)
- Successful candidate should also possess the following qualities: Detail oriented, customer service oriented, and problem solving skills
