HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
Experis IT Switzerland is currently looking to recruit for the position of HR Coordinator for a project based in Zürich city.
PROJECT DETAILS:
This person will work closely with the Senior Management and act as the liaison between the management, employees, contractors and different vendors. We are looking for a dynamic, flexible and motivated professional who is already based in Switzerland.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders
- Proper handle of complaints and grievance procedures
- Deal and find resolution of daily employee queries - internal and external employees (around 120 FTE's)
- Responsible for the on- and off boarding process of new joiners
- Responsible for the recruitment process incl. scheduling and taking interviews with candidates
- Provide relocation support to Expats (work permit, social insurances, accommodation, etc.)
- Organize employee events
- Continuously improve and develop standards and processes
- Provide support with preparing presentations for the Senior Management
YOUR PROFILE:
- Basic knowledge required of Swiss labour law, social insurances and permits
- Experience with using MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-driven and motivated personality
- Excellent organizational skills
- Quick learner
- Passionate about resolving issues and making life easier for others
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and German
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an IT environment
- Ability to work in a multicultural and global environment
