Human Resources Business Partner Job

HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) BUSINESS PARTNER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in ALLSTON, MASSACHUSETTS.

- MS Office proficiency

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide a full range of HR services for select clients in the Allston Site and be a key driver of the People strategy for the site.
- Build and sustain relationships with all levels of the client group and will be a key member of the Site HRBP team.
- Will influence analysis and decision-making in the areas of employee relations, talent management and development, succession planning, change management, work force planning, organization development and design, performance management, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with HR core services (Rewards and Recognition, Leadership Development & Organizational Change, Talent and Workforce Planning, Strategic Staffing, and Shared Services) to diagnose, develop and deliver solutions to support client groups.
- Demonstrate the behavioral competencies of thinking strategically, acting for change, striving for results, committing to customers, and cooperating transversally.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree and 10 or more years of experience OR a Master's Degree and 8 or more years of Human Resources experience with demonstrated track record of increased responsibility.
- State and federal employment law knowledge is required
- Should have proven experience understanding business concepts and aligning business needs with HR support and
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization in a matrixed environment is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment, (24x7x365) with a sense of drive and urgency, balancing multiple priorities simultaneously is required.
- Project management skills
- MS Office Skills
- PHR or SPHR Certification (preferred)
