DEPARTMENT: Infrastructure Management Group (IMG)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- As a Human Resources Business Partner, you are the lead supporting several groups in the Infrastructure Management Group (IMG). IMG provides technology and systems architecture services across our hospitals, medical groups, and insurance operations, and ensures continuous availability of the resulting systems and information. This is an amazing operation, including 5 data centers linking to 478 hospitals and medical office buildings, working 24/7 in support of our enabling technology.
- You will provide support to designated business units in their day-to-day operational needs as well as development of human resources strategies that support the unit's business strategic imperatives. You will develop, participate in and implement a wide variety of HR programs and initiatives (eg, compensation, workforce planning, and organizational change and succession management), and act as a liaison to other human resources functions including Staffing, Compensation and Learningproviding guidance to managers and employees at all levels.

MANAGER WANTS STRONG HR GENERALIST WHO HAS HAD PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH DAY TO DAY HR REQUESTS AS WELL AS EXPERIENCE DEALING SENIOR LEADERSHIP DAILY.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's Degree specializing in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development, Psychology or related field, OR an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- 8 or more years' progressively responsible HR experience including organizational development and Employee Relations experience. Experience in union/labor environments helpful.
- Demonstrated ability to provide HR consulting at a senior level.
- Experience in matrixed/complex organizations which require coordination across functional lines.
- Experience working independently, exercising considerable judgment to make decisions for less defined and complex issues.
- Need someone who is able to work at a quick and rapid pace.
- SPHR desirable.
- High Tech experience is preferred.
- ER experience is strongly preferred.

Healthcare experience is NOT required
