You should have at least 5 years general HR experience with a strong emphasis on employee relations, HR policy and integration and also HR project/program deployment. In this role you will be responsible for assisting, supporting and facilitating the delivery of services for HR, including participation in the development and practice of HR policy and process throughout the UK head office.
Experience with working within the sales function of a global organisation will be highly advantageous.
Main requirements:
-Very strong HR partnering and relationship building skills
-Proven record of driving through new HR projects/programmes
-A "solution first" approach
-Experience working within a Matrix environment
-Ability to be a mentor and provide leadership across all business functions
-Experience working with US organisations
Minimum qualifications:
-Bachelors degree
-5 years HR generalist HR experience
-Experience working for a US organisation
-Experience of working within the sales function of large organisations
