Nature and Scope The role requires a confident pro-active person who thrives on a challenge, can demonstrate excellent team working skills and have the ability to build effective relationships and communicate at all levels of the organisation.
You will be responsible for Resourcing and Succession, Leadership Development, Workforce Planning, Talent and reslience management, Performance Management as required and support Employee Relations activities. You will also be responsible for using this skill and knowledge to support and coach line management through a period of significant change and providing a business partnerning approach for stategic business focused Human Resources. Knowledge and experience of supporting cultural change programmes and the application of effective coaching skills are desirable.
This role is a proactive role in which you will work closely with line managers in their environment, understanding their needs and working on business focused solutions and initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
Graduate /Associate member of CIPD minimum standard
Creative yet pragmatic, but able to deliver at speed
Commercially minded and pragmatic in their application of HR best practice.
Able to deliver high quality HR generalist support, including extensive knowledge of appropriate employment law and HR best practices and their pragmatic application.
Able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding in the areas of change and strategic consulting, performance management, reward management, people development, talent management resourcing and ER/engagement.
Evidence of strong professional network and continuous personal development.
