TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Human Resources Experience
- Experience handling personnel-related work
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Provide administrative support to Director of HR, Analyst and Generalist
- Maintain confidential personnel records
- Organize update and maintain a wide variety of resource information
- Organize and maintain office supplies and storage room
- Perform data entry and filing
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Associate's degree with a major in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Bachelor's degree would be a plus.
- Three (3) years of experience in personnel-related work where the environment required high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Human Resources experience in a health care setting
- Working knowledge of general office machines and equipment including personal computer, fax, phone, copier, etc.
- Highly skilled and motivated person who can problem solve and work independently
- Proficient in all Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, & Excel) and Windows
