WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- I-9 - Run NH report from SAP on a weekly basis and audit the completion of I-9s across the U.S. Follow up on any missing or incomplete I-9s either with the District Manager or the relevant HR Coordinator
- Allegience (electronic exit surveys) - Monthly clean up in the system of duplicate e-mail addresses and duplicate responses. Monthly audit of critical alert surveys to ensure that any critical question surveys have been reviewed and that the Administrative Comments have been updated.
- PHDR Audits - Using the weekly report from LOS, identify employees who are overdue with their PHDR training and send out the appropriate e-mail. Also send the e-mail reminding those who have training due soon.
- New Hire Notifications - Ensure that employees whose work state is NY or NJ receive the appropriate notices.
- Metrics - To assist with preparing employee relations metrics. Prepare exit survey metrics.
- HR File Room - Conduct an annual audit of personnel files and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Prepare and pay invoices, code and send monthly invoices from ADP, send letters via Fedex, copy investigation files as required.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Two to four (2 - 4) years of experience desired
- HR background highly desired
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong eye for detail
- High School Diploma required, further education preferred
- Interested in working part time hours
