WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Answering phone calls
- Filing documents
- General office tasks
- This is a part time (20 hrs./week) position that will likely last 3-6 months. They work 10 hour days (Mon-Thurs),so this person can work two full days or four half days a week.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Previous administrative or secretarial work experience, preferably in a Manufacturing or HR environment.
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong documentation skills
BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of MS Office
