Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and work with SharePoint Site.
- Write and track in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Assist in the preparation of new hire packets for seasonal labor.
- Follow through selection process.
- Examines applications received for completion and discrepancies.
- Forwards the necessary information to HR Generalist for review.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or other related field is preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of HR Assistant or Coordinator experience.
- Knowledge of Labor Laws including CA applicability is preferred.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Site.
- Knowledge Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
