Human Resources Analyst

Currently we are looking for a Human Resources Analyst, to join our client's team in Zurich.

We Offer

- The responsibility for special projects as part of the Group Operations Human Capital strategy
- The accountability for analytics and deep dive and to track program and reporting
- The opportunity to manage the planning and communication of Core HR Processes for the Group Operations HRBP Team
- The chance to be the sparring partner for the Head of Group Operations HRBP on delivering the overall Human Capital Agenda for the division
- The possibility to support the Head of Group Operations HRBP to deliver thought-through core HR processes, preparing reports and analysis, creating documentation and training of HR Business Partners for Talent Review, Performance, Promotion, Surveys etc.
- The chance to coordinate various client's wide initiatives/reports

You Offer

- Excellent project management skills, analytical and conceptual skills with high detail and result orientation
- Experience in analysing human capital data and identifying business improvement opportunities, preferably in the context of a large Matrix organization
- Flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure combined with the ability to prioritize and to work independently in a small team
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and effectively interface with senior management
- Sound problem solving and communication skills
- High integrity and responsibility combined with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and to adhere to strict internal guidelines
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
- Good knowledge of HR processes preferred
- Very good proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) as well as other HR technologies
