Human Resources Advisor
FUNCTIONS
The HR frontline provides support and advice to managers and staff members in all Human Resources related matters.
As an HR advisor (HRA), you will be involved in HR issues relating to the department(s) to which you are assigned. You will liaise interactively with staff members and their managers and ensure full alignment of operational issues with the Organization's HR policies. As an HRA, you will be part of the frontline team and in this context you may also contribute to specific projects.
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
Master's Degree in the field of Human Resources or a degree in a related field, eg economics, business administration, behavioural sciences, law, together with professional training in the field of Human Resources (or equivalent).
EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
The experience required for this post is:
- Experience as an HR generalist in a multicultural environment.
THE TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES required for this post are:
- Performance management.
- Mobility.
- Learning.
- Recruitment.
- Change management.
- Conflict resolution.
