JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitates the onboarding process for new employees/transfer ins including the interface with Acxiom for background checks/drug screens, e-verify and IT for equipment onboarding.
- Creates new employee folders and maintains accurate/timely I9 records.
- Facilitates end employment process including relevant HRMS entry, coordination with payroll, exit checklists for managers, and interface with vendors as needed.
- Administer and manage employee file systems (electronic and paper) and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and legal compliance (HRMS, personnel, medical, training, payroll, etc).
- Fosters an environment that promotes the company's goals, philosophies, and encourages continuous improvement through participation and teamwork.
- Runs and consolidates data from AAP flow logs.
- Coordinates required postings for all sites through network of assigned contacts.
- Responsible for data integrity in HRMS.
- Assists with division projects and programs as necessary
Job Qualifications:
- B.S. degree from an accredited Institution required. (Human Resources course study is preferred.)
- Understanding of HR processes
- Strong team building skills
- Strong analytic skills
- Ability to use computer systems to support HR analysis
Preferred Job Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
- Three (3) years of experience in a similar role is preferred
