THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Past exposure to Recruiting or Human Resources and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) helpful
- Ability to take work direction from multiple people and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Excel and Word required, Microsoft Access
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Provide support to team of recruiters to manage candidates through process of sourcing, interviewing, managing offers and disposition
- Requires accurate input into multiple databases, communication with a large variety of people, coordination of events, and prioritizing work load from multiple recruiters.
- Schedule Campus activities (various on-line systems used by each school)
- Tracking activities on multiple spreadsheet (Excel)
- Coordinate shipment of booth & materials to Div Events and campus events
- Communicate with Campus teams
- Enter Interview results and candidate information into databases (Excel, Access and VURV)
- Open Job Requisitions in Applicant Tracking System (VURV)
- Coordination of On-Site interviews with candidate and interviewers for multiple functions
- Communicate with Candidates and On-site Interview team
- Create and extend electronic Offers (VURV, Access)
- Managing electronic personnel files for Coops and Interns
- Managing associated electronic paperwork from candidates and managers
- Communication with Hiring Managers
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Aptitude to learn new databases
- Accurate data entry skills
- Strong communication skills
