Human Resource IT Business Partner

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a HUMAN RESOURCE IT PARTNER for our client in Creve Coeur, MO.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Acts as a liaison between the IT development group, Talent Acquisition business partner and HR Technology Team for the development and implementation of enhancements for Taleo and other staffing and recruitment related systems and tools
- Evaluates new applications and systems requirements, as well as estimates the level of effort to implement and support
- Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Five (5) plus years of experience in a Business Analyst capacity
- Demonstrated experience working as an HRIS Analyst
- Experience translating functional specifications into technical designs
- Strong systems documentation skills
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Strong skills using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.)
- Those with previous experience with Taleo will be given strong preference
