My client a science-led global healthcare company is seeking a Human Resource Information System manager (HRIS) for to act as a subject expert. This includes the support of local payroll & time attendance systems and related intergrations. Essentially the candidate will help impliment an ERP system (ie PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday). It's a twelve month FTC with potential for extension.

It's a 50k Salary with a 10% completetion bonus. 

Job description:

- Provide guidance on HRIS best practices, 
- Understand current and future state HRIS processes 
- Support the design of payroll and time & attendance integrations
- As part of a global Workday HR programme, guide the local payroll execution of Unit, Systems Testing (E2E), Service Rehersal (UAT), and Parallel test cycles. This includes the preparation of test scenarios and resolution of defect

Job requirements:

- Understands the system development life cycle (requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, build, testing, and go-live).
- Experience in supporting entire end-to-end payroll process cycles.
- Able to facilitate meetings and workshops, conduct fit/gap analyses and gather, document, and communicate requirements.
- Technical/functional expertise - ERP systems (ie PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday): HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance
- Proficiency in the design of HRIS systems
- Relevant academic and/or professional qualification
