- Broad knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with compensation practices and processes, including related technical expertise.
- Able to establish and maintain credibility and trust with customers and partners by producing high quality products or services within tight time frames.
- Able to present information/ideas to individuals or groups in an articulate and organized way, appropriate to the audience and to all levels in the organization.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- This position provides HR Analyst support to Hospitality Human Resources, including the HR manager, and Hospitality director and managers.
- Administration and implementation of HR initiatives primarily including staffing and compensation, as well as HR programs such as Legal Eagle, Business Ethics, new hire orientation, AAP plans, etc.
- Managing disability processes and related personnel situations.
- Consulting and communicating policies and procedures to employees.
- Providing guidance on HR policies and Hospitality related practices.
- Compiling, analysing, interpreting data and HR metrics.
- Generating reports and drawing conclusions and recommendations.
- Helping to implement and maintain standard work practices and processes across the three properties
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred; or equivalent experience in HR Coordinator role
- A minimum of three (3) years in HR
