Projektbeschreibung
- Provide support to Campus Recruiting Team in the day-to-day recruiting processes
- Develop and maintain new and existing data reports and provide senior leaders with up-to-date information regarding recruitment volumes, trends and metrics.
- Utilize web based applicant tracking system to maintain campus recruiting candidate data and provide recurring status reports.
- Coordinate event logistics including presentations, on-campus interviews, career fairs, events, and conferences.
- Create interview schedules and coordinate onsite logistics; serve as main point of contact for hiring managers and candidates as necessary.
- Contribute to program planning for summer intern program and coordinate event logistics throughout the summer.
- Manage the onboarding and off-boarding process for all summer interns such as initiating background checks and drug tests.
- Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership team.
- Identify opportunities for improving processes and creating efficiencies to high-volume recruiting process.
- Assist in coordination of other activities and other various administrative responsibilities.
SKILLS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years recruiting experience
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage, track, and analyze a large amount of data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking System
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Must be proactive and excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
