Human Factors Engineer (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Plan, design and manage Human Factors studies, including formative and summative evaluation
-Write and review study protocol and reports
-Plan and execute device validation strategy, analyse and report study results
-Perform use-related risk management, including task analysis and user risk analysis
-Write design control documentation including user requirements and design input specifications, as well as submission documentation related to Human Factors, including briefing books and HFE summary reports
-Manage external supplier relationships, define and manage external packages and work internally with procurement to identify new suppliers and establish contracts
-Create instructions for use and training material for clinical trial and commercial purposes and provide clinical investigation in support of the device clinical studies, and country representative training in support of commercial launch

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Bachelor's degree or higher in an applicable technical discipline
-Human Factors engineering experience in medical device/combination product development is preferred
-Experience in designing formative and summative usability studies, including protocol development, IRB/ethics committee submissions,

data analysis and report writing -Experience with Health Authority interactions

-Illustration skills with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
-Fluent English, German is beneficial
