IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Introduce and facilitate a user centered design process that is compliant with IEC 62366 and FDA guidelines
-Plan and conduct formative and summative usability evaluations
-Solid understanding of the different formal methods to perform usability verifications and usability validations
-Helping to plan and drive key user research initiatives
-Facilitating the collaboration and engagement between members of the team to ensure sound design and implementation
-Contributing as a strategic member of cross-functional teams to create innovative user experiences for new and extended product offerings
-Design solutions aligned with project goals and overall strategy
-Synthesizing research into a coherent set of ideas that describe the structure of the human and technological systems as well as the related product user experience
-Creating task analyses, information architectures, user interaction models, wire frame screen flows, prototypes, design briefs, design specs and guidelines with little or no guidance and direction
-Collaborating with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to drive the successful implementation of designs and resolve implementation issues
-Convey the design via combination of sketches, wireframes, story boards and interactive prototypes
-Influencing product teams and the organization to achieve solutions that produce great results in terms of user productivity and effectiveness
-Proactively identifying architectural weaknesses in Ux and recommending appropriate solutions
-Keep abreast of industry trends and standards
-Foster innovation

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Undergraduate degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Computer Science, Industrial Design, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree is strongly preferred
-Strong analytical skills and process orientation
-Demonstrated expertise in User Centered Design Process and ability conceptualizing, defining, and driving user-centered design projects from start to finish
-Professional experience in UCD and conceptualization, user interface and interaction design for software and hardware
-Proven effectiveness working in cross-functional teams that include customers, product management, engineering, executives, marketing, and other Ux professionals
-Demonstrated proficiency with prototyping tools such as Fireworks, Axure, Visio, HTML, etc.
-Ability to conceptualize and plan formative and summative user evaluations
-Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and set priorities
-Excellent written, verbal, and visual presentation skills
