Human Factors Engineer

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Successful candidate will have:

- Demonstrated proficiency across all phases of the user-centered design process, including characterizing the context of use and user segments, task analysis, defining user requirements, designing and evaluating UI
- Ability to optimize the user experience by leveraging org design, transition and change management, training, and support
- Familiarity with and ability to deliver a positive user experience under the constraints of Off The Shelf (OTS) solutions
- Ability to champion UCD across the project team and ensure that UCD deliverables are integrated and in sync with other project deliverables.
- Experience mentoring others in UCD and ability to leverage project team member involvement in completing UCD tasks.
- Familiarity with delivering UCD in Agile as well as Waterfall projects
- Familiarity with vendor management systems (VMS) and managed service provider (MSP) environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-based service implementation
- 10+ years of experience desired
