Human Factors Designer Job

HUMAN FACTORS DESIGN ENGINEER (OR PRODUCT RESEARCHER/DESIGNER) is needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Diego, CA

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- This ideal candidate will have extensive study with user-centered design of consumer products and usability evaluations for various stages for product development

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Conduct User Research to understand user needs, design user experiments around your data, plan and conduct usability studies from a human interface standpoint. Interfacing with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams, SME and stakeholders

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Four - six (4-6) years User Interaction/Interfacing, Human Factors, Human Interaction, Human-computer interaction. Mock ups, prototyping, storyboarding, wireframes. Photoshop, Illustrator, and MS Office. Sample/Portfolio of past designs. Able to communicate effectively between technical (ie developers, testers), non-technical (ie users, general staff) and cross-functional audiences. BA/BS or Business related degrees
