HTML/Web Specialist

Our client in the Cleveland, Ohio area has an immediate need for 5 HTML/Web Specialists. This is a 3+ month project.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for preparing content for publishing to our newly re-designed web site and working within the Sitecore content management system (CMS) to support the continued transition from the previous website to the new.

Migrate content from the previous website to the Sitecore CMS, scrubbing the existing HTML to remove Embedded styling and to correct markup according to prescribed HTML standards.

Document current content development and publishing procedures for current and future CMS users, leading to a custom user manual.

Work with content owners to review and update metatags for consistency and accuracy site wide to improve SEO.

Participate in testing content and functionality.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong experience with HTML/CSS
- High precision and accuracy in coding content
- Sitecore experience is NOT needed!
