ONSHORE HSE SITE SUPERVISOR:
Industry Sector: Onshore Wind
Job Type: Contract - Initial 3 months'
Salary: €450 - €650
Site Location: Sweden
Summary:
Quanta Consultancy Services is currently assisting an international organisation working within the Onshore Wind Industry, who are looking to add an Interim HSE Manager with extensive onshore wind experience to assist with a major project.
The Role:
The role will involve assisting the project team with the delivery of major new wind turbines. This is a site based position.
Responsibilities will include monitoring health and safety on site, review of project planning, RAM's etc, initiating safety initiatives for the business.
The ideal candidate will have experience of undertaking audits, He for investigation and remediation of incidents and the day to day running of the onsite health and safety system and ensuring companies compliance with relative legislation and regulation including external and internal rules. You will be liaising with the site management to advise on a number of issues relevant to the project. The contract would initially be for 3 months, with the option to extend or transfer onto other projects after successful completion of this project.
The Individual:
. You will need to be an experienced H&S professional with a background of Heavy lift operations.
. Knowledge of Heavy Lift operations will be essential and previous experience of WTG's, onshore from the UK or European sites.
. A good sense of humour, motivation and a can do attitude are required for this challenging role.
. Rotations 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.
. Duration: 12 week with possible extension
. Flights and Accommodation paid. Working hours minimum 60 hours per week. €60 per day food allowance.
