Projektbeschreibung
We are looking for an experienced HSE (Health, safety and environment) manager for our client, large telecom company, based in Oslo, Norway.
PRIMARY TASKS:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant EHS regulation (regarding working environment, working hours, employment protection, performance of work, use of work equipment and associated technical requirements, concerning the design and facilities of workplaces and work premises etc.)
- Ensure all relevant permits are identified and maintained
- Support project team with professional EHS expertise:
- Advise on safe practices.
- Train relevant functions (field service, site requisition, installation) on relevant EHS matters: (eg SJA, hazard communication,
- Organize 3rd party EHS training (first aid, Working at height etc.)
- Support selection of PPE (personal protective equipment)
- Approve Safety devices on request
- Lead any EHS related incident/accident. Document incident and potential corrective actions as per the local and if applicable global company's standards and tools
- Be functional participant in project crisis management team. In case of a crisis 24/7 support may be required
- Own existing management system
- Maintain EHS Activity plan and agree with customer. Update procedures as required (eg communication plan)
- Review and revise Risk assessments as appropriate
- Audit all main contractors once a quarter (construction site)
- Work with procurement to approve new contractors
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in HSE management role within telecommunications/oil and gas and similar industries
- Norwegian (Scandinavian) and English fluency
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Initiative and leadership skills

- Start date: December 2015
- End date: March 2016.
